"Sharon" by Barbara Minch, paper clay and paper collage sculpture, 28x23x22

Barbara Minch
Paper clay, paper collage, UVSL gels and varnishes

28 × 23 × 22 in.

This life-sized sculpture was made with my own homemade paper clay, which is durable and sturdier than ceramic clay. I used magazine print and printed materials, which I layered to create my own original patterns. This labor intensive work took a year to create.
