Philippe Halaburda is a French-born and Brooklyn-based artist.
He creates conceptual art dedicated to geographic abstraction based on feelings and memories, exploring the randomness of emotion through art by imaging abstract visuals based on the subconscious.
Using forms and lines in map compositions, Halaburda creates disaggregated grids and imaginary topographies exploring social tensions and relationships, instead of addresses and landmarks.
