I grew up in Jersey City, went to Catholic schools and spent two years at the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan. Over many years, I’ve received four New Jersey State Council on the Arts Fellowship Grants for painting and works on paper. I was represented by the late Cooper Gallery in Jersey City and by DFN Gallery in NYC from 2004 until they closed. My work is in various collections including Prudential Insurance, The Newark Museum, Coopers and Lybrand and Malcolm Forbes. I’ve lived and painted in Hoboken so long I remember when it was cheap.

Geo Engineering over Route 80
acrylic on canvas
48 × 48 in.
The cerulean beauty barreling down Route 80 is a small bit of the reason the odd cloud formations are there, overhead. 20th century Big Oil excess has led to 21st century edge-of-the-cliff experiments in holding off the effects of our current Climate Catastrophe. The landscapes provided are irresistible to me.
