As the flagship program of ARTS 14C, a nonprofit arts organization, our mission isn’t simply to rent booths. We exist to create meaningful opportunities for artists and exhibitors while making contemporary art more accessible to everyone.

That philosophy shapes everything we do — from our pricing model to our exhibition spaces to the diversity of exhibitors we welcome.

An Art Fair Unlike Any Other

These aren’t conventional booths.

Art Fair 14C occupies the entire 40,000 sq ft fourth floor of the landmark 150 Bay Building, where exhibitors present their work in twenty-two expansive loft studios filled with natural light. Each space is unique, ranging from 840 sq ft to 1504 sq ft, with concrete floors and 12′ ceiling height. Each exhibition space also comes with track lighting, two bathrooms and a kitchenette, and several furniture options, including club chairs, desks and daybeds. Exhibitors have the option of staying overnight in their spaces during the installation and exhibition period.

Each exhibitor receives up to 10 days to install, allowing high quality presentations, immersive installations, salon-style exhibitions, and ambitious curatorial ideas that aren’t always possible in traditional temporary booths.

A Different Financial Model

The economics of art fairs have changed.

Participation shouldn’t require taking on enormous financial risk – and Art Fair 14C is prepared to partner in that risk.

That’s why Art Fair 14C introduced one of the industry’s most flexible pricing models — allowing exhibitors to choose the balance of upfront investment and revenue sharing that works best for them. The model debuted successfully in 2025 and returns for the 7th Edition.

Option One
Traditional participation.
Pay $12 per square foot.
Keep 100% of sales.

Option Two
Lower upfront investment.
Pay half-price exhibition fees of $6 per square foot.
ARTS 14C processes sales and retains 25%.

Option Three
No upfront exhibition fee.
ARTS 14C processes sales and there’s a 50/50 split.

Special Opportunities

The Showcase

Every year, New Jersey-based artists without gallery representation are invited to apply to The Showcase — a professionally juried exhibition presented free of charge.

The panel of judges changes each year – 2027 judges will be announced soon.

Special Installations

Throughout the exhibition floor are unique architectural spaces reserved for ambitious installations, large-scale projects and experimental work.

Selected artists receive these exhibition opportunities free of charge.
